Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:

Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Start a return: Contact us at lustralightstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review and authorize eligible returns.
Return Shipping

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover return shipping and provide a return label.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All return shipments must include tracking for confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received something wrong or damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery at lustralightstore@gmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).
